this fall wedding in prince edward county was cozy, colourful, and completely full of personality. family and tradition were at the heart of the day, with nods to their scottish and nova scotian roots woven throughout the celebration. there was plenty of good food, laughter, gorgeous autumn colour, and absolutely zero interest in taking things too seriously—including a surprise taskmaster-style game with ridiculous challenges for each other throughout the day. laid-back, joyful, and surrounded by all their favourite people, this was one of those weddings that felt less like a production and more like the best kind of family gathering.
