FAQ

what's the difference Between 35mm, or 120mm?

both are film formats, but they have totally different vibes. 35MM has a classic look with a standard 4x6 frame, shot on either colour or black-and-white negative film. i use my canon elan ii for this. 120MM (aka medium format) gives you a square 6x6 frame and can also be shot in colour or black-and-white. i shoot this on my holga—a plastic camera with a plastic lens that embraces imperfection. think dreamy, nostalgic, and full of happy accidents like light leaks, soft focus, and double exposures.

will the film photos be edited?

yes, i make minor tweaks to exposure and colour to keep everything looking its best, plus a little cleanup for any distracting elements. but no heavy editing—film already has its own magic, so i don’t apply my digital presets to it. it’s all about keeping that authentic, nostalgic vibe.

will we get every frame? when we will we receive them?

film is unpredictable—that’s part of its mystery! while i can’t guarantee that every frame will turn out perfectly, i’ll do my best to deliver as many as possible from the rolls you’ve chosen. you’ll receive the digital scans along with your wedding gallery delivery.
